While We Wait to Open

Governor DeWine has announced he will begin opening some businesses on May 1st, however it is still unknown when salons will be permitted to open.  We assure you that our ownership team is creating plans to ensure that everyone is safe AND accommodated!  This may look like more open hours, fewer people in the building, and the use of masks during certain services.  Stay tuned for more updates!

We know how hard it is to wait for the salon to open for your next appointment!  Use this time to experiment with styling options and deep conditioning to keep your hair healthy and shiny.  Prepare your hair and nails to be a good healthy canvas for our stylists to work on once we are able to open!  If you have ever been curious about body waxing (underarms, bikini, legs, back, arms) now is a great time to allow your hair to grow to in preparation for a waxing appointment!
Please remember that if you color your hair at home you will likely have a longer and more expensive appointment to get your color back on track. 

Cutting your own hair at home is not as easy as YouTube makes it look! Your professional haircut is designed to grow out gracefully. Although your cut may not feel “fresh” right now, our professional training made sure that your last haircut would grow out well. 

Selling professional hair color to be done outside the salon is against the law. As always, we at Willow Creek strive to function with the highest level of integrity. We will not sell professional color, we will not do services in anyone’s home (also illegal), and we will honor our government by following their orders. 

We have products for sale to help keep your hair healthy, styled nicely, roots concealed, makeup to keep you feeling put together, and wellness items to support your health. Please email or call if there is anything we can do for you! We want to support you in anyway we can! 

Curbside Hours- Call when you arrive and we will collect payment over the phone then walk the items to our brick wall for you to pick up- Completely Contact Free!  *You may also purchase on our Online Store and select Curbside.

Online Store- This is available for shipping to your home!  If you would like items that are not available on the store you can leave a note upon checkout.  We will contact you prior to shipping if the items you requested are in stock.  You may also choose CURBSIDE online instead of shipping.
