Important Health Update
At Willow Creek Salon it is our commitment to always provide the highest level of service, technique, and comfort to our clients. We want to let you know the extra precautions we have set in place to eliminate the spread of germs between our clients, stylists, and salon itself.
Please take a moment to read some changes that have been implemented:
Instead of our environmentally friendly single use hand towels in the bathroom, we will temporarily be using disposable paper towels.
There will be no testers of oils, makeup, or lotions available.
Makeup application services are also being limited at this time.
We have taken down our refreshment bars, including coffee. We encourage you to bring your own coffee or purchase a beverage from our selection in the retail store.
Nail clients will be asked to wash their hands prior to beginning their manicure, just as our staff does before sanitizing fingers and hands.
As always, our salon and spa are sanitized using State Board of Cosmetology approved disinfectants that are proven to work against many viruses and bacteria, including coronavirus.
Did you know that we have a large fresh air circulation system that exchanges the air every 5 minutes? This means fresh air is continuously being brought into the salon! We will have this exchange of clean air ongoing during all business hours.
Taylor is following the Yoga Alliance recommendation and is suspending yoga classes at this time.
If you are experiencing any symptoms, please stay home until you are well.
We request that you notify us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can be done by cancelling online up to 4 hours before the appointment or calling the salon at any time. You are also welcome to leave us a message after hours!
If a guest is joining you for your service, we ask that they also stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms.
Don’t forget that we sell a large selection of essential oils, diffusers, and wellness items to help keep you and your homes well!
We are looking forward to seeing all of you at your next appointment.
God bless you and may He keep all of us safe and healthy!
